The Association for Lifelong Learning (ALL) is a non-profit organization based in Timișoara, Romania, established in 2023, dedicated to promoting lifelong learning opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Needs Identification
ALL starts by identifying the educational and social needs of disadvantaged groups (e.g. elderly, migrants, low-income families) through community outreach and research.

Project Design & Partnerships
Based on the identified needs, ALL designs inclusive educational programs and builds partnerships with NGOs, schools, universities, and businesses at national and European level.

Implementation & Training
Projects are implemented through workshops, training sessions, digital platforms, and community initiatives, focusing on lifelong learning, entrepreneurship, and digital skills.

Evaluation & Impact
ALL continuously monitors and evaluates its projects, ensuring quality, sustainability, and long-term impact, while disseminating results to maximize reach and value.
