ALL – Association for Lifelong Learning

The Association for Lifelong Learning (ALL) is a non-profit organization based in Timisoara, Romania, which operates within the European context. The Association recognizes the importance of lifelong learning and its impact on personal, professional and societal development. ALL’s primary objective is to promote and support lifelong learning opportunities for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, particularly those who are at risk of being marginalized or excluded from education. Our mission is to empower individuals, communities, and organizations to develop and grow through educational opportunities and initiatives.

We believe that education is a fundamental human right and that everyone should have access to quality education and training throughout their lives. Our focus is on creating inclusive and innovative educational programs and projects that address the diverse learning needs of individuals and communities.

One of the key focuses of ALL is  SOCIAL INCLUSION. The Association recognizes that access to education and training is essential for social and economic integration and aims to provide opportunities for disadvantaged groups to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in today’s society. ALL focus on working with elderly care centers and care homes as well, making from working with older adults a priority, promoting autonomy and health preservation. ALL also partners with organizations that serve disadvantaged populations, such as refugees, immigrants, and individuals from low-income backgrounds, to provide them with access to education and training.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION is another important area of focus for ALL. The Association believes that by fostering entrepreneurial skills and promoting entrepreneurship education, individuals will be better equipped to succeed in an increasingly competitive and rapidly changing labor market. By partnering with businesses, patronates, universities, schools, and other educational institutions at national level and across Europe, ALL aims to create programs that provide learners with practical knowledge and skills. 

Finally, ALL recognizes the importance of DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY in the field of lifelong learning. The Association aims to leverage technology to create innovative and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of learners in the European context. ALL seeks to develop digital tools and platforms that can be used to provide learners with flexible, personalized, and interactive learning experiences.
